Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

AgentChat Hub™ is an iOS application developed and maintained by Ananya Banerjee as an independent developer. This policy explains our data practices for the app available on the Apple App Store.

2. What data we collect

We collect absolutely nothing. AgentChat Hub does not collect, store, transmit, or share personal information. There are no accounts, sign-ups, analytics, or tracking.

• Names, email addresses, or contact information
• Device identifiers, IP addresses, advertising IDs, or location
• Usage analytics or crash reports sent to us
• Conversation content, agent lists, settings, or payment information

We have no user database and cannot identify, locate, or contact you through the app.

3. What stays on your device

The app stores only what it needs locally: your agent list and endpoints, conversation history, app preferences, and a randomly generated session identifier used to maintain local state.

This data is not accessible to us. It is protected by the device’s standard storage and sandboxing and is removed when you uninstall the app.

4. Camera, photos, and files

Camera and photo-library access is optional and requested only when you choose to attach media. Attached content goes directly to the agent server you are communicating with. We do not intercept, store, cache, or receive it.

You can revoke access at any time in iOS Settings under Privacy & Security.

5. Third-party agents and providers

When you connect to an agent or model provider, you communicate directly with a server operated by that third party. We have no visibility into or control over those communications.

Those operators have their own privacy practices. Review their policies before connecting. We do not maintain a directory of your connections.

6. Children’s privacy

AgentChat Hub does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13 or the applicable minimum age in their jurisdiction. The app contains no advertising, profile-based purchases, or social features.

7. Your rights

Because we hold no personal data about you, standard access, correction, portability, and deletion requests generally have no data to act on. Data stored by the app remains under your control on your device.

For GDPR and CCPA/CPRA purposes, we do not sell or share personal information for behavioral advertising. If you believe we have obtained personal data about you, contact us.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, communicated in the app or on this website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
