1. What AgentChat Hub Is — and Is Not

AgentChat Hub™ is a messaging interface — a client application that lets you connect to and communicate with AI agents that implement the A2A (Agent-to-Agent) JSON-RPC protocol. It is developed and maintained by Ananya Banerjee as an independent developer.

Before accepting these Terms, please understand what AgentChat Hub is not:

By using AgentChat Hub you acknowledge that you understand its role as a client interface only, and that all AI interactions occur with third-party services entirely outside the developer's control.

2. Accepting These Terms

By downloading, installing, or using AgentChat Hub, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.

You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use AgentChat Hub. By using the app, you represent that you meet this requirement.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Ananya Banerjee regarding your use of AgentChat Hub, and supersede any prior agreements or understandings on this subject.

3. Your Responsibilities

When using AgentChat Hub, you are solely responsible for:

• Selecting agents carefully. You choose which agents to connect to. Review the terms and privacy policies of any agent provider before connecting.
• The content you send. You are responsible for all messages, files, and data you transmit through the app to any agent.
• Lawful use. You must use the app only for purposes that are lawful in your jurisdiction and consistent with these Terms.
• Your account security. If any agent you use requires authentication credentials, you are responsible for keeping those credentials secure.
• Compliance with third-party terms. Your use of any agent accessed through AgentChat Hub is also subject to that agent provider's own terms of service.

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use AgentChat Hub to:

• Engage in any activity that violates applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Transmit, solicit, or generate content that is harmful, abusive, harassing, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
• Attempt to deceive, defraud, or manipulate any person or system, including through the use of AI agents
• Facilitate the exploitation, abuse, or harm of minors in any way
• Use AI agents to generate spam, phishing content, or other unsolicited communications at scale
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, tamper with, or circumvent any security or access controls within the app
• Use the app in any manner that could damage, overload, or impair the infrastructure of third-party agent services
• Violate the intellectual property rights of any party through your use of the app or the agents you connect to

Violation of these prohibitions may result in termination of your access to the app and, where required by law, reporting to relevant authorities.

5. Third-Party Agents

Agents you connect to through AgentChat Hub are independent services. Each agent provider operates under its own terms of service, privacy policy, and usage guidelines. You are solely responsible for reviewing and complying with those terms.

AgentChat Hub does not curate, review, certify, or endorse any agent. The presence of an agent endpoint in the app does not constitute any recommendation by the developer.

The developer is not liable for any loss, harm, or damage arising from your interactions with any third-party agent, including but not limited to inaccurate information, harmful outputs, data breaches on the agent's side, or service unavailability.

If you operate your own A2A-compatible agent server and connect to it via AgentChat Hub, you are fully responsible for that server's security, compliance, and behavior.

6. Intellectual Property

AgentChat Hub™ is a trademark of Ananya Banerjee. All rights reserved.

The AgentChat Hub application — including its source code, user interface design, graphics, icons, and all associated assets — is the exclusive intellectual property of Ananya Banerjee, protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on your personal Apple device(s) solely for its intended purpose, in accordance with these Terms and Apple's App Store terms.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on AgentChat Hub without express prior written permission from Ananya Banerjee.

7. No Warranties

AgentChat Hub is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ananya Banerjee expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
• Any guarantee that the app will be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or free of bugs or security vulnerabilities
• Any guarantee regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or quality of any content generated by agents accessed through the app
• Any warranty that the app will meet your specific requirements or expectations

No advice or information — whether oral or written — obtained from Ananya Banerjee or through the app shall create any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ananya Banerjee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of AgentChat Hub or your interactions with any third-party agent.

This includes, without limitation, damages for:

• Loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunity
• Harm caused by AI-generated content or agent outputs
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data by third parties
• App downtime, service interruptions, or technical failures
• Any action or inaction of any third-party agent provider

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitation shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of AgentChat Hub shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable under applicable law, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

10. Changes to These Terms

Ananya Banerjee reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be posted at this URL with a revised effective date.

For material changes, we will endeavor to provide notice through the app or on the AgentChat Hub website. However, it is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Your continued use of AgentChat Hub after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the app.
